Achieving Academic Success - PIQE

As part of the GEAR UP program that follows the class of 2014 from 7th – 12th grade, the Parent Institute for Quality Education (PIQE) provided training and awareness sessions during the fall of 2009 at Correia Middle School to inform parents and families about what is needed for their children to be successful in school.

Highly Recommended:   check out the web site and information:  http://www.piqe.org/  -- ‘Resources’ --  PIQE’s PowerPoint Presentation - and - 3 pg summary links.

“PIQE’s philosophy is based on the simple premise that all parents love their children and want a better future for them.  Every child can learn and deserves the opportunity to attend and complete a college education, and parents and teachers must work together to ensure the educational success of every child.  For children, learning is a natural process that parents and teachers can facilitate.”
