Our Partner in Education presents the annual Ocean Beach Kite Festival and Parade.  Ocean Beach families and San Diego residents are invited to construct kites at Parks and Recreation, Fly their kites on our field, join the Kite Contest, and parade through Ocean Beach.  It's a one-of a-kind event!  Special thanks to loyal O.B. volunteer Marion Miller!
