- This special date has been set up for Dana Parents only in Room 200. Especially timely for parents volunteering at the Jog-a-thon, you must have a TB test.
Bring a Volunteer Form with you and visit Room 200 and the Point Loma Cluster Nurses will give you a TB test.
You must return on Wednesday, October 14th from 6:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. to have the results read and receive your TB Card. Bring the card along with your volunteer forms to the front office.
