The season fee is non-refundable and based upon expenses for practices, games, tournaments, leagues, club registration fees, coaches stipends and travel expenses, administrative fees, team equipment and space rental for facilities.
Central San Diego Sol tryouts will be held on December 12th and 14th. These will be the days for tryouts for all players, boys and girls from third grade through high school. Players need to attend BOTH tryout days so the coaches are able to evaluate the player as much as possible. (When you register online you will be emailed with the times of tryouts). During tryouts we will send the players through a series of stations and drills. This will basically be a set of clinics in which each player will be introduced to the skills we will be teaching them throughout the season. After this tryout period we will determine the teams.
Why A Tryout Fee?
We want all tryout participants to be serious about joining San Diego Sol. The coaches spend a lot of time determining the best team for each player and this fee helps show each player's commitment level. All tryout partcipants will be placed in one of our basketball programs which is best suited for their development. This tryout fee will be applied to the season dues.
Who Should Participate On The Team?
All levels of players who want to continue to improve their skills.

$475 per player
* New members need to add a one time registration fee of $175 to your 1st payment. This fee includes reversible uniform, Sol t-shirt, tank top and one year of insurance.
* We have fundraising opportunities to offset the cost of participation.
