• Learning about Puberty and Reproductive Anatomy
• Learning Refusal Skills
• Learning about Sexually Transmitted Diseases and HIV/AIDS
• Learning About Sexual Harassment
• Learning About Personal Safety
• Learning about Health Promotion

The district developed a parent packet to provide information on these lessons. Please follow this link and look for document titled Parent Packet Grade 6.

The following content will be covered during the Family Life lessons:

Lessons will be taught during the weeks of November 4th through November 18th. The lessons will be taught during social studies by the social studies teacher.
